Our internationalization consultancy program will be operated through external and internal resources compensated according to Swiss regulations, wages and professional rates for Senior Managers, deployed according to the below scheme:

All the advice & guidance interventions will be invoiced in Swiss Francs on a monthly basis and the fee varies according to the geographical locations of our client's final customers offices/field service operations areas and time-zone, the number of our resources involved, the duration of the assignment, the numbers of external missions performed and the size of the client company.

All the communications (phone, fax, documents shipment via courier), travel (insurance, visa fees, international/local transportations, accommodations, food (always based on continental standards and in case of flight travel only with high rated airlines and shorted routes) expenses for domestic and foreign external missions will always be in charge of our client (abroad we will always travel with a client's prepaid credit card).

For successful business development and sales operations, we will also negotiate in advance a further contingent fee scheme.
